Sara Allard

FOUNDER AND CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

A designer both by nature and training, Sara began her career in Advertising, working with leading international brands; then joined Carole Hochman Design Group as the Creative Director, overseeing brand identity, website design, advertising & marketing, photography, packaging, editorial and more. She’s worked with designers, clients, retailers, TV partners and production companies across the U.S and internationally.

Sara is the ultimate arbiter of good taste. Her passion for design is unparalleled. She’s an eternal optimist, and brings that trait to each new project. Her superpower is an unfailing ability to inspire enthusiasm. And her confidence in what she and her team create is contagious. With clients across a variety of industries, Sara loves taking a thoughtful, strategic approach to uncover a client’s brand story, and create effective, compelling business tools with an exceptionally high taste level. 

Sara has a BFA from University of Michigan and attended graduate school at The Portfolio Center in Atlanta, GA. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Greenwich Point Conservancy, the Advisory Council for Impact Fairfield County, The Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Michigan STAMPS School of Art & Design. She is also the Birthright Israel Tri-State Cabinet Chair and an Advisor for Generation Impact, which she co-founded with her daughter in 2018.
