We had the opportunity to develop a new brand identity & positioning for this 100+ year old land management business as it transitioned to REIT status and implemented a focused new corporate strategy. Our work was intended to support the company as it evolved to address 21st-century market needs, engage investors and deliver value to shareholders. 

We created a strong, modern new corporate name and brand identity, reflective of the company’s forward-looking strategic focus on industrial/warehouse properties and supply chain logistics needs. We defined and articulated INDUS’s corporate mission, purpose, and vision; and applied core values into strategic messaging around the company’s innovative property solutions, sustainable practices, trusted relationships and value creation for tenants, partners, and investors. We also designed a suite of marketing materials to reflect the company’s new branding.
