Case Study Brands is the Agency of Record for Naked Brand Group, a luxury innerwear brand distributed through Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Dillard's, Hudson's Bay, and multiple e-commerce channels.
When we began our partnership with Naked, our mission was to transform a men's underwear brand into a global lifestyle brand for both men and women. As the company’s AOR, CSB creates and manages everything from Naked’s product packaging and ecommerce website, to its brand identity, marketing strategy, tactics & communications…as well as insight and execution of a full integrated marketing campaign.
We started with the logo. Our goal was for the logo to visually communicate the unique product benefit: to make you feel as though you’re wearing nothing at all. To accomplish this, we used negative ‘naked’ space to create the ‘e’ in the brand name to bring the idea of there-but-not-there to life within the logo itself.
CSB creates and manages all of Naked’s creative assets on an ongoing basis, including product packaging, photography, e-commerce website, signage, sales tools, PR materials, investor relations materials, digital advertising and social media.
In addition, CSB develops creative assets for brand extensions, such as the forthcoming women’s sleepwear collection with HSN. We are also responsible for all asset creation, e-commerce, marketing strategy and activation of the Wade x Naked men’s underwear collection, Naked’s partnership with NBA champion, Dwyane Wade.
